I know this will all sound too good to be true, but this business treats all customers with respect and dignity. They go the extra mile to help you solve almost any issue. They work with folks to find exactly what they are looking for. The manger Robert at the Kearney location, takes time to get it right and goes the extra mile. They truly have patience and you leave feeling like family there. I cannot thank these guys enough for their hard work and dedication. People deserve to have both their vehicle and themselves treated well. Getting auto work done should not be dreaded like going to the dentist. If you are looking for fair, friendly, reliable service you will never be disappointed at Mitchem Tire, and the Kearney store is well worth the drive.

Josh and crew went the extra mile for me on a holiday weekend!!!! I thought I was getting a flat - didn't know if i had a nail or other issue. I was vacationing in Branson and the fear of driving back to STL (alone) with a tire issue on a holiday weekend was NOT appealing. The guys were super busy Saturday but still got my car worked in and got it all fixed up in a very short amount of time. Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!!

The crew really did a great job for me today! I went in on lunch hour and didn't have much time and Skyler (if I'm not mistaken) managed to help me extremely efficiently, as well as help others over the phones. Dude can multitask. Quoted me a great price on a tire he had in store. I asked for anything cheaper and he ordered another tire that was just what I needed price wise from another of their locations. I wasn't able to pick up my tire either because I was at work and he managed to accommodate getting the tire to me, going out of the way to work with my schedule! Thanks for the great experience guys!! - From a single working mom who really appreciates the little extras

The service I received today July 14 was exemplary. Janice and Cory were professional, answered all my questions and provided me with options on tire replacement. I did not have an appointment and the wait time was very good. I appreciate the kindness and courtesy given to me. I will be back.
