I recently moved to North Arkansas. I went to a couple of shops on Oct 23rd searching for a tire company for a good price for a good tire AND for good customer service. MITCHEM TIRE got my business due to a clean shop and a young man named Josh. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I listened to Josh while he was on the phone and with other customers, while waiting on my tires to be mounted. He treated everyone with the same great service. You should reward Josh, its hard to find people like him. I know! I have a business of my own. Thanks Mitchem Tire in Branson, Mo.

What's a travelers worst nightmare? Car trouble away from home! Our van started to wobble on the highway and felt like the wheels were falling off! Went to BAT Boys automotive who diagnosed bad tire and referred us to Mitchem. Josh was able to get us right in and give us a great price on Michelin tires. But tires can be bought anywhere. What you can't get everywhere is great customer service! Knowing we are vacationing, Josh got us in and out in under 45 minutes in spite of a constant customer flow. I observed him taking the time to call a family who had already left the store (in the same situation as us) whose daughter had left her iPod. Again in spite of the constant flow of customers, Josh took time to do the right thing. The guys at Mitchem were so nice, we will refer them at every opportunity! To the owner and manager of the store; you've done a great job in choosing staff and training them well. This kind of service comes from the top down!

We are on a cross-country trip in our RV and noticed low pressure in our tires. We inquired and found that Mitchem Tires has nitrogen for tires. They filled the tires to the factory standard pressure with nitrogen, a more complicated process than just adding air, and didn't charge us a dime for the time spent. They were very courteous and wished us a good trip. I would thoroughly recommend stopping by for good tire service with a smile.

I was in Branson for vacation when I was fortunate enough to pick up a screw in my tire somewhere along the way. Knowing we had a 5 hour drive back to Kansas, my tire was losing air. I brought my truck in with no appointment first thing in the morning. This group off professionals got my tire patched up right away and got us on our way. Allowing us to enjoy our last day in town. Hands down I would recommend them to anyone in the area! Great job and thanks again!
