They were so helpful and service was quick! I was in a bind with a bad tire and the bad weather and they got me in and out quickly and did a great job replacing my tires! Thank you all!

I was having a horrible week. I had just had a flat tire that I had to replace a few weeks prior. Leaving work one night I discovered I had another. Turns out I needed to replace 3 of my tires at once. Dave L. Was so kind and patient with me and helped me through every step of the process which took 2 days to finalize. He was quite knowledgeable and even scanned my engine code when my check engine light came on in the middle of all of this. Great service, I had a lag screw in my tire. They repaired it and I was back on the road within an hour. Fast and friendly service. All done and out the door for less than $20. Will come back if I am in the area and in need of service.

During family vacation at Branson, MO, we had tire problem with our car. I always hate car problems, and more so during any road trips. We ended up looking up online and visiting Mitchem Tire at 5558 N Gretna Rd. Unlike my prior experience with tire shops, I immediately felt reassured and confidence by the staff at the center. Dave and his manager promptly checked our concerns, explained in language we understand about problem and addressed it quickly. Many thanks and highly recommend this place.
