Had a Flat Tire Traveling from Oklahoma to St. Louis, buddy of mine told me to call Mitchem Tire, they had a set of my tire size 255/45ZR17 in a Toyo. Got the car there, talked and went ahead and put 4 new shoes on my car, glad I did my other tires were starting to come apart as well. They had the new tires on and me out the door in about an Hour! Great Customer Service, and was very happy about the Price! Will be taking my parents car there in the future because of this service. Thanks again Guys!

Josh and his crew are helpful in every way possible. Their professionalism and customer service are excellent. We are taking a road trip and a tire split on our RV. We had a new tire the next day. All of the service persons across the country should take lessons from this establishment.

We are on vacation and needed tires ASAP came to this location and they took good care of us. Clean environment and great customer service would recommend!

My husband and I were looking for new tires and called to get some pricing. We have gotten tires before at the same location on Gretna. I spoke with Josh on the phone and he was so nice we decided to go right down to look. He was getting ready to close for the day but waited for us to arrive. We were very surprised we could get the best quality tire they had for our Chevy Silverado at such a great price. Josh ordered the tires and they were in the next morning. We scheduled to come in and got excellent service. The tires were just beautiful and my rims sparkled. I went to work the next morning and was complemented on how nice they looked. I want to say THANK YOU to Josh and his wonderful staff. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will only by tires from you all.

What a real pleasant experience. Anthony was so helpful. We needed a tire replaced due to puncture damage. In and out in less than an hour.
